What's the Forecast? An Introduction to ForecastNL

On February 5th, we were joined by Dr. Brad deYoung, professor of oceanography at Memorial, and Elizabeth Beale, economist and advisor at the Canadian Institute for Climate Change, to launch our new series, ForecastNL!

After a welcome from Memorial's president, Dr. Vianne Timmons, Dr. Rob Greenwood and Cathy Newhook took the audience on a tour of the Harris Centre's new public engagement platform--this website! After this, we took some time to talk to Dr. deYoung and Ms. Beale about the impacts of climate change on NL, and what we hope to achieve with this project.
